Best freeware to make CDs from MP3s?

There is no 'best' in something like this, but in my opinion:

Freeware: iTunes (dead easy)
Free software: X-CD-Roast (must uncompress to .wav first)

Thanks Carwash, but iTunes makes you pay for stuff & t'other only gives you five goes then you have to pay. If anyone's interested, I found Expressburn. Works for me.

Well duh. :biggrin: Sorry Carwash - not the first time i've made an arse of myself.Thanks again..i'll do a bit more homework. That Expressburn does seem quite good mind....

That's interesting...not least because you've just reminded me that I actually have Nero. It was on this PC when I got it off ebay three years ago for sixty quid. Never did know what it was for. Maybe now it's time to find out!

Ok - I'll give it a go. I do have itunes on this machine, on account of 'er indores has one o' they ipod shuffle thingies

Well for ripping CD's to MP3, i use "AudioGrabber". Nero for burning MP3's to CD
