best helmet

    You need to try them. You'll find some brands will fit you better than others.

    Personnely I like MET (everyone will have their own favorite though).

    You might be bale to get a giro atmos for £60. Comfy hat!

    i quite like the spesh deibel. But I don think they have it down at the lbs, so il go down there and try whatever spesh helmets they have on to give me an idea of the sizing, then order online.

    I have the Bell Venture, comfy and airy enough for moi. It has a dial at the back to adjust the tightness of the helmet.
    Definitely go and try a few on in Halfrauds. I was keen on getting a different Bell helmet (a girly one with flowers), but unfortunately wuth a skull cap on underneath it was slightly too small.
     
  7. My Giro Atmos was fantastic as far as air venting is concerned. I buggere* up the strap when I cut a bit off the end but that was me acting without thinking.

    A nice comfy helmet. Supplied with two sets of pads to enable the sweat to be washed away after rides.
