Yes. In fact pretty well everything in that market sector. Especially adhesive pads, and brief undies to stick them to.

(I'm just old enough that my mother started me with a belt. Adhesives - and tampons - were already available, and I soon switched to them, but I still remember how horrible belts were for the few weeks I struggled with them. I doubt they were much of an improvement over DIY rags.)
