edit... can't find any online evidence but in the mid-late 90s, they had cardboard police cars on the M6... full size 2D range rovers which from a distance, looked like a cardboard cut out.

One of our Urology Consultants has a 'Dart', well, the civilian model anyway
The Daimler saloon belongs to one of the ENT Consultants

Both were photographed at the old Hospital, & both are 'Sunday Cars
