Two drivers wearing dark sunglasses nearly pulled out in front of me today. I reckon their lenses were darker than the maximum permitted front door window tint. Perhaps the police should do something about them as well?

What about cyclists that wear dark sunglasses. Should the police do something about them also?

A Pair of Annunaki wearing Fish suits and Eagle hats with the gold plated visors down nearly pulled out in front of me today. The driver was Enki, my father. He said " watch where you're going Ningizzida."
I replied "Close to the Earth's surface, your celestial chariot flying with your visor down, you should not be. Up, anyway; my name, wrong again you have spelled."

To be fair the window pillar in cars will cause more accidents than ray bans as they obscure the view of drivers, sunglasses wont help also but what can you do, just one of those things!

The main reason for tint limiting on motor vehicles is for driving at night. During the day, especially if it was sunny like it was here today (constant sunshine between 6:00am & 8:00pm), then the impact of dark tinned windows would be negligible. Despite sunglasses & 'privacy windows' it was easy enough to see someone wearing a dark t-shirt against the background of dark trees in the shade when using my rear view mirror.

I doubt sunglasses had anything to do with not seeing you. More likely bad observational skills.

What about those drivers, seen mostly in inner city areas, who drive with the seat right back and only just able to see over the steering wheel?

My brother in Detroit tells me this fashion, like half-arse jeans, started when black guys drove around with their seats back in the hope that the B pillar would protect them from bullets. May not be true.

Maybe they were wearing sunglasses to hide the fact that they weren't looking.

Last night's setting sun was an absolute blinder. Riding west I had to feel my way at little more than 5mph, using a hand as a visor. Maybe I should invest in a peaked cap.
