Yep, Got me thinking about economy though. I use my car for about 12,000 miles a year; my 50 bike miles a week commute equates roughly to saving a tenner. So £500 a year...... for bike, clothes, lights, repairs and maintenance........

So I answered Exercise and Traffic Levels for my motivation.
