Bicycle trailer

Can anyone recommend a reasonably cheap bicycle trailer that will take a load about 50cm, by 90cm? I once had a trailer before, but I got rid of it because it kept tipping over.

I to am after a cheap bike trailer. I have heard that cheap ones tip over. What make was yours, so the rest of us can avoid it!
