Will the wheels take an 11 speed cassette, if not, that might limit your choice of groupset
Is that £250-350 for all of the other parts? If so, second hand groupset will be required once you've factored in bars, tape, seat post, pedals, bottom bracket, headset, tyres, tubes, saddle, brakes etc
