Wilko's do them for a couple of quid each, and they do the job... replacing them is a simple case of putting them on in the opposite way you took the old ones off, with a bit of grease so you don't have 'metal on metal' in the cable outers.

Have a search on youtube... there's bound to be a vid specific to your shifters... and brakes are pretty straight forward.

Just be aware that brake and gear cables are usually different diameters -
Brake cables have 5mm outer and 1.5mm inner cable.
Gear cables have 4mm outer and 1.2mm inner cable.

wilkos gear cable have the two different nipples on each end, so just cut of the one you don't want.

as for outers, I use the same regardless of whether it's gear or brake cable inside with no issues.
 
only one tip , use good quality cable cutters :thumbsup:
