Hello Friends, Would anyone out there be able to suggest the best product for measuring heartrate, speed, cadence, wattage etc? Need something that will attach to bars. Thought about a Garmin 305 edge or something by Polar perhaps.
Many thanks,
John

Unless you have or intend to buy a power meter, forget wattage. If you do have one, Garmin 705 is the way to go.

Thanks for the advice fellows. Started cycling after a serious rugby injury to build fitness. Despite initial pain, i've found that i love the sport. I am currently using an elite turbo trainer which has wattage but does not not have cadence. Wonder if you can buy a seperate cadence meter? Someone suggested a Polar CS200. Any idea if this is any good. Certainly cheaper than the Garmin!

I've been looking at buying a cycle comp for a while and have trawled through the threads looking for advice on the best one. In just about every thread up pops the Hairy Jock saying VDO is the one!!!!

So I bought one and he was right - it's great, so thanks HJ!
