I like the mudguard (#1 gadget) but I don't really need the rest.

Yeah, I like the Bluetooth lock as well. But mostly I just like seeing all these people trying to innovate.

And how cycling could change in the coming years.

The electric stuff is interesting - particularly the 'Add E' and may be useful for certain people - but I actually like (need) the exercise................some fascinating ideas though

Surely a mobile phone is bulkier than a key?

The tech is available to replace all keys with soft token in your phone.

No one worth trying to sell tech to goes anywhere without a phone, so this reduces the stuff in pockets.

I regularly go out without a phone, but whether I do or not I still take my front door key, and what's one more little key on the split ring?

Indeed, what's one iddy bitty little key compared the size and weight of the padlock?

Exactly - you're not the target market! :smile:

I used to have a wallet, Oyster card and phone - now I just have my phone.

I haven't replaced the front door lock with an electronic lock yet, but it's coming. Then no keys.
