Bike has weird rattle noise from inside frame as if something fell inside of it?

New Rocky Mountain slayer A30 park sounds like it has something inside of it what should I do?

Has the internal cable wotsit fallen inside?
At the top of the down tubes where the internal cables enter looks empty on the video ?

If the bike is new take it back to the place where you bought it.

Indeed, you don't want to start dismantling various parts of the bike to find out what is the cause. Give it to the shop to sort out.

No I removed it to see if something had just fallen into the down tube but no luck.

Unfortunately bought it used from highland mtb park and live quite far from them.

Yeah at this point I think giving it to a shop would be my best option.
