Bike Hike export to android

I have downloaded Bike Hike route planner to my android phone but can't see how to send a route from my pc to it, anyone know how and in what format?

Bike Hike is only available as a web site, not an app.

There is CycleStreets available for Android & iphone, although that's not as good as Bike Hike.
