Is it me or is the chain/cable being used actually nothing more than a climbing rope thats been "chained" to give the appearance of something stronger?

I think the main issue Classic is that the carabiners that are padlocked together simply unclip so the lock can just be bypassed. A quality lock if ever there was one

nah, just unclip the carabiner, no scissors required. Only tools required = hands/fingers
