Bike Parking and Loading Survey

Hello everyone,
I am an industrial design student at Columbia College Chicago and working on a bike related project. I am looking at the problems with parked bikes both loaded and unloaded and both locked and unlocked.

I am looking for feedback from a wide range of bicycle commuters so if you could take a couple minutes to complete this short survey, I would greatly appreciate it.
