Why was it closed?

I read someone posted in a forum there and immediate response from a regular was "who the feck are you". Maybe joking etc, dunno but i'd heard a few left.

Get similar stories about some cycling clubs, being made to feel unwelcome etc.

I've heard it said that, over time, your backside will wear itself in and shape itself to the Brooks saddle.

I had a Brooks saddle on my Pashley which I used for commuting back in 'Naam - Cheltenham. I looked very 50's throwback.

Anyone else finding this site incredibly slow? Not quite dial up slow but early millenium ADSL sort of speed.
