Ever thought of making yourself a 'bike tree'. They would seem to save space. I keep meaning to make one myself, but never get round to it. Maybe next summer.

DOn't you have a living room then?

.. then you can park it up against hearth, photo it, post it in all its nubile glory so that we can all go 'wot a nice bike, just like in the catalogue' 'does it ever get dirty?';)xx(;)

I have a similar dilemma, picked up my lovely new (2nd hand) trike from Kevin of D-tek and had intended to store it in the dining room, unfortunately I didn't account for the 45 degree bend in the very, very small corridor tween front door and dining room!!! Ugh. so have been frantically looking for out door storage solutions and found this:-

Anyone with experience of these tent thingyies?

I had to get a new boiler last year and in doing this decided it needed to go in a proper boiler room outside (oil fired and a bit smelly in the house) so I built a little boiler house and now have the new boiler in there but it just happend to be long enough to fit a bike in and wide enough to fit the bike in next to the boiler.
I also sited it for easy access to the front road.

So now bike has an nice warm house of its own and I can dry out my gloves on the boiler so they are warm when I put them on.
