i am 4ft 10in and weigh 6.05 what size bike would fit me. An 12in bike, an 14in bike or an 16in bike.

hmm, me thinks a 14" but if you get a girls bike you may be able to fit on a 17" (likely benefit from bigger wheels) as for your weight don't worry most bikes have a max of 17st5, (110lb)
ur best bet honestly is to go to a halfords (or any bike store) and measure yourself up,
a good way to size urself iv found,
is to stand next to the bike ,and measure the seat up to ur mid hip
(about where the waist of ur pants go) and it should be about ur size
