The Felixstowe branch had heart rate straps (Bluetooth I think) available even though not shown on the leaflet.

Got the bib tights on the way home tonight. Not the best fit but they'll do

Recent chilly weather persuaded me to get some padded tights.

Near impulse purchase of a new saddle, following some difficulties in that area.

It is air sprung and has a little bellow - and release valve - to alter the pressure.

Probably a gimmick, although a change of pressure - like a change of position - on a long ride might be beneficial.

Worth a try for a tenner.

Just got tights for a tenner. Sizing bizarre (chest size on tights?) but comfortable and a bargain too.

Got the gloves for commuting so I don't continue ruining my Sunday bests

And the long-sleeved top which seems pretty bang on size-wise for a 38-40 chest. Generous pockets, though possibly a bit tight around the neck.

Resisted the temptation to add to my light collection. Will have to fettle my existing ones by replacing the batteries

Long sleeved yellow top medium size 38-40 fits me very nicely, glad I didn't go for the larger one although I normally take a 42" suit jacket.

I got medium bib shorts as there were no large ones available, they too are marked 38-40" (!) and are a bit tight on me, but wearable still. I am 5`11" and about 13 stone. Hoping they may stretch a bit with use.

The quality seems to be very good. The material's reasonably thick on the bib tights and on the jersey so they will do well in the autumn/winter. I haven't got time/inclination to chase round different stores for the larger bibs.

Wouldn't bother with the HRM. It measures anywhere from 70-140bpm sitting at a desk and keeps dropping signal. The strap is a pathetic design - it unclipped itself as I stood up.
