I'm new to Bkool. Since my laptop updated itself the app won't open. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling - no joy. Anyone else had this? Possible solution? (Winter's bad enough without a non functioning trainer)
You may need a registry cleaner to remove references to Bkool. I can't suggest which software is good for the task. On the other hand it could be just Bkool software is slow keeping up with Windows
