Bkool doesn't work any longer with SW3.25

I'm using my Bkool Smart Pro 2 during months with no problems. Just perfect.
Today I updated the Smart Pro 2 to the latest software (3.25). Since than it no longer works properly. I ride slow and it measure 65000 Watts (!!!!) and moves to 120Km/h (!!!!).

Can anyone help me :-(

I've already sent a massage to Bkool regarding this problem. I thought that maybe an other user already had found a solution on this

Obvious things to do. Uninstall Bkool simulation from your PC.

Then install the latest version. If this doesn't work. Email Bkool, wait quite a while for them to reply.

I understand Bkool can access the trainer from their end to help fix issues.

Nobody from bkool has contacted me since Sunday and that for €600,- for the Smart Trainer and €10,- per Month for the platform 🤬😡😠
