Hi Geb, have a read of this - https://www.cyclechat.net/threads/bkool-faq.191965/ - there's a specific section in that post about the groups/leagues you can join and how to do it. Basically, request to join one or more of the Cyclechat Bkool leagues via the Bkool website, and post in this thread - https://www.cyclechat.net/threads/team-bkool-cyclechat.144689/page-1596 - to request one of the league admins to accept you into the league.

Well worth reading through the FAQ thread above though to get lots of useful info about how everything works.
