Bkool software

Hi everyone need some help, I've just recently purchased a bkool turbo trainer and the software that you download, as just started playing up, I've had the trial for a month and everything was alright, I'm not getting much joy from bkool, but if they don't get in touch I'll stop my payments, because it's quite annoying when you have the program on your laptop and when it's been working great and then all of a sudden you log in the next day to do your work out , only to find out there's nothing on it and you can't get into settings... I've sent emails from there website and from my own email account, and still no reply, has anyone had trouble with bkool please... cheers

Theres a BKool thread on here which might get you an answer quicker as most users who use the turbo may be subscribed to your thread.

FWIW, I find the email response quite slow too.
