I love my Bkool trainer but hate Bkool documentation! I’ve created a training plan to span the next 4 month. Bkool has generated the 45 days of training, my question is how do I get the actual ride sessions? Do I have to create a workout for each of those 45 rides? Attached is the first example….”flat indoors” how do I actually do this ride?
