Hi my Blackburn Delphi 4 has decided to work as and when it feels like .... (yes ive changed the battery .. lol)

They state they have a lifetime warranty, as i have only had it around 8 months i searched their website and it says the warranty is only in the US ...

Does anyone know of anywhere to contact here in the UK ?

just send them an e-mail in the US -they replied to me but by that time the problem was sorted.

Speak to who you bought it from. I sent my nero 6 to the retailer who then sent it back to blackburn either in the UK or USA and a few weeks later i recieved a brand spanking new computer
