First night of lighting log burner this season,it's the only good thing about winter at present,I am finding the transition to winter hard this year ,not just the weather but the dark nights etc

Been out for a quick 20 miler (actually I was very slow) this afternoon in all my new winter finery, roubaix stuff from dhb was great, planetx winter gloves were good but still had stiff fingers when I got back but I must remember to take a buff and a hat with me - ice cream head was an understatement

It was so cold yesterday I actually wore a pair of thin gloves....for the downhills only of course. Proper cold that is.
