blimey was it windy today .....

Cycling home from work, its mostly flat across cambridgeshire, but the wind was brutal, at one pint I was doing 10 mph on the flat ........

It certainly was blustery. At one point think the steadiest I could go was 11.8mph. I could not decided if spinning was working or grinding it out for the resistenace training was better and kept chopping and changing.

I was pleased at my fitness today as I was motoring along - didn't really notice the wind till later on way home - bah, double bad!!

Also, the missus came back with a new tent which we tried to put up in the garden - 4 man job - nearly ended up taking off over the allotments at one point......

In Norfolk it can be equally windy in all directions ...got a head wind? You'd think if you turned around you'd get a nice push - wrong
