It is indeed super icy around Norwich. Take it from the person that skidded his car into the back of someone. While on the way to sell it

(still sold, but with minor damage discount)

Oh no!

Sorry to hear about the car - ouch - but me and the Kona are fine...

Cup of tea in hand...

The main roads were fine but walked the little ones. Didn't go my usual route but tried to keep to the major routes.

That's good, this morning the ring road seemed okay and the avenues. Directly outside my house and around the corner was all frozen up, but not too badly. Just enough to make everyone drive sensibly

Glad you didn't have to walk all the way home though, that'd of been rubbish!

Aww, big girl .

It just means I clearly need another bike! Some kind of Singlespeed MTB with flat pedals I reckon. Though I've not even been out on the new roadie that I bought a couple of weeks ago, will have to arrange another Norwich outing when the weather picks up (for the big girls who don't like the cold )

hehe, got gears now? Another ride sounds good! Could go out towards Diss next time. It's about 60 mile round trip (I think). Nice route too if I can remember it .

I'm sure if we got the right dates we could get a good few out. I finish end of March, back April so maybe go out sometime then when the weather's nicer. Have to wait for my exam's timetable to see when I'm free though

Sounds good to me, I have indeed got some gears on the new one. 60 mile route you say? I'll prep for 70 then!

You are allowed more than one pair of longs you know! Take it from a wuss who's bare limbs won't see the light of day until about May

The ones I do have, have a hole (which is growing) in a certain area that a hole might be a problem ;). Should they suddenly rip on a ride I might catch something in the chain.

I'm a poor student anyway :becool:
