Gave blood for more than 40 years. Then they changed the minimum iron level criteria and wouldn’t take it anymore. I was very disappointed. Just a couple of donations off the 75 mark. I did get the night out with the nurse at 50 though!

Why - usually anaemic or close to it, so would be rejected anyway, and now having had two piercings in the last 12 months I can't, apparently.
