No idea if it helps replace what you donate, but i always have a Guinness later the same day

Gave blood for more than 40 years. Then they changed the minimum iron level criteria and wouldn’t take it anymore. I was very disappointed. Just a couple of donations off the 75 mark. I did get the night out with the nurse at 50 though!

I've not donated for a few years, but this has encouraged me to start again!
