Blood transfusion then DNA test

    using 'your' blood. What will the results show?

    good question...
    It's a good reason not to give blood - you might get had up for a crime you didn't do!

    Probably not a lot. Red cells don't contain any nuclear DNA and most of the white cells are removed during the processing of whole blood into the various transfusion products.
