I noticed it too. I am going to go up onto the local hills to get a better view of it and will try to work out what it is.
There seems to be a lot of blue stuff seeping out of it. Well the sky has gone blue, and the colourant must have come from somewhere.
I suspect that the object is overheating - I can feel heat radiating from its general direction and there are fluffy patches of white smoke drifting away from it.
