The inside dials can be, especially after a good few miles when crud get's in them.
One of the reasons I carry a multi tool with a Torx key.

and this BB7 i am guessing that is the bottom bracket?

sorry after a quick google search i find the BB7 is the brake caliper but still no clue on the inside dials? are they adjustment screws for the calipers?

Yes, BB7's are disc brakes.
They have adjustment dials, one on inside, one on outside.

Right, to be honest, the only thing I am a little bit disappointed in is that the finish is Matt. Would have preferred a gloss finish. But it still looks very smart.

I have some blue pearlescent lacquer in two pack I could finish it off for you.
