Which song is the same as Bitter Sweet Symphony? Just curious.

This, which is similar, but nowhere near as blatant as Blurred Lines/Marvin Gaye.

Its just been on the radio that the writers of blurred lines have to pay the Marvin Gaye estate damages of 5 million for stealing the song .
I cant think what Marvin Gaye song is like it . Anyone care to enlighten me ?
Also this...sounds exactly like it....they had licence to sample it...but then there was a dispute about how much they were allowed to sample

And the blues stuff is nicked from the old boys before them . In fact I bet every song ever was played on the lute about a million years ago !Especially harsh seeing as the Drolling Bones nicked half their stuff from old blues songs and then claimed them as their own.
Tom Petty accepts that the similarity is pure coincidence and that Smith's writing team were in no way copying him. He has however, publicly thanked Smith for "doing the right thing", and taken a share of the royalties and a writing credit. It seems Sam Smiths " stay with me " also copied " wont back down "
It seems stealing songs can make you rich and famous and you only have to give a small amount of money back .
I have a cunning plan ......

Sorry Tom, did you write the bloody song or not? Because you don't get to take the moral high ground and the money. Nobber.
No , not that cunning .As cunning as a fox that has just been made professor of cunning at Oxford university?
