Noooo. go and see the vet now. If it's blood pressure related it needs sorting. Self diagnosis is just excusing the issue. Putting off seeing the vet for something can lead to it getting worse, catching it early generally leads to a better outcome.

I know your right TP. I'll see if I can get an evening appointment this next week, if not it'll have to wait until I'm off in a couple of weeks time

It looks like your vets run quite simularly to mine BUT I would not leave it for to long just in case,I hope you can get an appointment soon.

If you want a random appointment then yes you might get in for 2 weeks time , but you can ring up on the day and get an emergency appointment, but you can't pick a time and work commitments make things tricky, plus I just don't like to take them from those who might really need one TBH

And whos to say you dont really need one.........i went to docs last week after waiting ten days for appointment, blurred vision accomanied with terrible headache ..turned out my blood pressure was 190 over 95 ,
10 minute earbashing and now on bp meds ,
not saying thats whats wrong with you but i am saying ..DONT WAIT TO FIND OUT.

by the way, most chemist shops will check your blood pressure for you.

our doctors surgeries also have BP monitors available in the reception area... no appointment needed. though personally I think everyone watching me try to use it would make my BP rocket anyway!

Surely you can take time off work to go to the quack? Just make sure your life insurance and will are up to date in the meantime

I understand that fully ours operate on the same lines but just as @roadrash says who is to say you don't need one ? I have seen people trun up at our surgery who are so called emegencies which all they needed was a box of disprin's and how do you know it may or may not be a serious problem.So please ring them and book yourself in and lets us all know the out come.

My first thought was sugar levels and whether you are diabetic. As already suggested many times get yourself to a doctor.

I've noticed this lately whilst running.

My distance vision is quite good but sometimes I almost have to make myself cross eyed to read signs up ahead of me.

SWMBO just reminded me that we've actually got a BPM in the cupboard, I'd forgotten all about it TBH

Anyhoo, just done my BP twice and right now it's feckin' high

That said I've had no repeat vision peculiarities since so I'll check it over the next few days, and if it doesn't settle down I will go and see the quack.
