Hi, I have just come to use my bike for the first time this year, battery fully charged and I have a permanent red light at the top of the handlebar display. Any advice would be appreciated. Many thanks.
There is a connection failure between drivepack and bottom bracket. Dirt on the interface may hinder connection
Clean the connectors on the bottom bracket as well as on the drivepack side
