help please
i currently have a Boardman MTB Pro and have just put some road/hybrid tyres on and rather than keep changing the tyres
i thought just get another set of wheels
the question i want advice with is what wheels should i buy i currently have Mavic 26" and can you buy them with discs and 10 speed cassette already fitted

I think normally you need to buy the wheels (hubs, rims and spokes) as well as the discs and the cassette all separately and put everything together. You'd also need to be conscious of different levels of wear on the chain and cassette depending on how / how often you use the bike as an MTB or hybrid

The usual solution is another bike...tbh if buying second hand, this might not work out that much more expensive and you get the on road benefits of rigid forks on many hybrids (or get a roadbike). I recently sold a Whyte R7 hybrid with disc brakes, slick tyres, 700c wheels etc for £250

Changing the tyres is naturally the cheapest option
