Boardman urb 8.9 (2021) How do you adjust belt tension?

Hi, I bought this bike a couple of months ago, but the gates carbon belt keeps skipping when i pedal. I know I need to tighten the belt, but I can't seem to find how to do it.

So I'm wondering if someone here knows, and can help me?

Apparently you adjust it after checking with the Gates Carbon Belt app on your phone (Playstore). I imagine the adjustment itself would be similar to this bike:

Thank you 🙂. I have the app, and I think I've seen every video about adjusting the belt tension, including the one you posted. But none of them sadly are them same ones as my bike.

Take it back to Halfords, they can sort it as part of the ~6 week service

I suspect it's a eccentric bottom bracket rather than moving the rear axle for belt adjustment so if you don't feel competent to tackle that better leave to Halfords as Vicky suggested. I'd suggest you research it and familiarise yourself with the procedure if you don't want to be taking it back to Halfords all the time, should be very straightforward. The belt should settle down over time so shouldn't need so much attention in future.
