Looks good stuff - what I'm not convinced about is that it sticks well, but is also supposedly relatively easy to remove.

According to wikipedia, it has a 13 month shelf life, tripled if kept in the fridge. So don't order it until you have a use for it.

So have I, thanks @betty swollocks! The little ceramic handle on the bath mixer tap cracked and fell off, the one that switches from tap to shower and back. You can't buy replacements, so I fashioned a temporary one out of Femo, but it is deteriorating horribly. I think this stuff might just work until I can afford to replace the whole lot one day .

You've identified a problem that I didn't know I had.

I wonder if it would make good earplugs, which aren't hard if you lie on that side? I got some made by a audiologist out of the same hard pink plastic that hearing aids are made from, they blocked sound well but were too hard if you laid on them.

What's Femo? (Google isn't being very helpful). Some other stuff for bodgery type repairs is Polymorph, a remouldable plastic. Linky.
