What will that give? You wont have a lower gear, or a higher one, just be able to freewheel.

Selle Royal Viper, I think. Had one on my SCR2.0, a bit too cushy for my taste.

I think they look good, fwiw. If it were a drop bar, some metal blue Fizik tape would go lovely.

When i want to take it easy i just go slower. Its simple.
Oh, and for the brake thing, someone i saw who put a back brake on, hud this clamp thing attached to the bridge at the back. Then a brake was bolted to that.
It would ruin your fixed though.
