I already explained why, upthread.
If people don't get anything out of it, fine. One person's interesting video is another person's boring one.

If you were bored, GFamily, why bother to post unkind stuff? I thought it was interesting, since we all get people creeping past the giveway line, and it's extra nice when they're alert enough like this driver to pull back and wave sorry.

No matter what, it was an interesting video. It's only on a very rare ocassion will a car driver reverse back out of the way, when they have pulled out without looking, when it concerns any two wheel vehicle - motorised or pedalled. They usually think there is tons of room in the middle of the road for them to get by - which creates unnecessary danger for the cyclist. OK, granted in some cases there is also someone behind them who has taken up the space they left.

I like the more positive videos. There's enough negativity surrounding cycling from cyclists and other road users alike but it doesn't stop most of us getting on our bikes and enjoying ourselves so lets accentuate the positive!

To be honest barely a "nearly". The car has nosed out, glanced across, seen you .... which is why they've reversed back .... all before you were anywhere need close to the junction. Mountain out of a mole hill moment I'd say.

The only people making a mountain out of a molehill here are the people moaning about the video.

I didn't find it that interesting to be honest, so I didn't comment in reply to the video - simple as that.

Worth a watch, nothing much to comment on. I'm only commenting now to ask why people felt the desparate urge to comment if it really didn't interest them?

Maybe some people's lives are so empty not even non-interesting things happen so they have to make a fuss?
