I don't normally go for this because I end up disturbing the sediment and I'm not sure it does much for the flavour but I discovered that my local health food shop brews their own beer and had enough change to buy three.

First bottle poured = floaters even though I was quite careful.

How best to pour the second one please?

You've got about half an hour to come up with the answer.

I always thought it would affect the flavour. :becool:

In the absence of any tights other than my lycra and having no tea strainer, I'll just follow RR's advice.

It does affect the flavour, but whether it affects it for the better or the worse is a matter of some debate, so it probably comes down to personal choice.

If you don't fancy it, try to pour the whole bottle in one smooth motion. Don't let it "glug". Enjoy!

I'll be needing to go back and get a few in to conduct a proper taste test then?

Excellent!

Update: Second one is crystal clear :becool:
