Bottom bracket for groupset upgrade

Hi, can anyone help me out , I’m thinking of upgrading my Specialized Tarmac sl4 road bike with R7000 105.It has Sora groupset on it with a OS sealed bearing bottom bracket , I’ve looked into what one I could use to replace but it’s a bit confusing as the OS has a shell 61mm wide and groupset r7000 is 68mm think , any advice thanks , here’s a link to my bike specs , any Bottom bracket suitable, thanks

It's a BB30 press-fit bottom bracket. Any of those will fit or you can get an adaptor to use a BSA threaded one, which would be my recommendation.

If you want to stay with a BB30 bottom bracket my son's two bikes with them run a Ceramic Speed one and a Hope one. Both have been excellent.

Just looked into it , and token do a threaded press fit BB , I’ll look at the others too 👍🏼
