Bought me a pasta maker...

Tips please?

If I make a big batch, is what I dry as nice as fresh or should I make fresh each time? Maybe make dough and freeze half instead?

Home made pasta? Worth the effort.

To make lasagne when I was abroad, I HAD to make it myself. No fancy pasta makers in those days! Very satisfying to make.

We make quite a few things from scratch including bread (no fancy break making machine).
Don't see pasta as much difference.
