Yup. Those of us with cats get a good supply of useful small boxes.
@Reynard the 40 sachets boxes fit perfectly on a bike rack, tied between the panniers.
Ideal for fragile stuff: like a homemade Christmas log, or eggs ^_^

TBH, I don't often buy the boxes of 40, as a box of 12 lasts nearly a fortnight. (Half a pouch morning & evening, and there's premium dry down all the time). Although I did the other week, as they were on a good clubcard offer in Tesco...

Funny you should mention eggs, when my bestie kept hens, the number of times I got my eggs in a 12-pouch box!

My wife bought me a Mont Blanc fountain pen which is engraved with my name a good few years ago. Since I was never going to sell it, I put the box and leaflets etc. on the bay with a £1 starting price. £35 + postage for an empty box! 💷💷💷

You don't need to say...

I picked up a pair of vintage silver cufflinks as a birthday gift for a friend. No box of course. And a nice (vintage) cufflink box cost considerably more than the damn cufflinks!

Needless to say, I re-purposed an earring box I already had to hand instead.

Lucky you! My Alfie can eat 4 in a day, plus fresh chicken, plus treats

Do you feed dry at all? Madam Ruby loves her dry food, but I do feed premium e.g. Royal Canin and Josera. Madam also likes cheese dreamies, chicken and ham. Although she's only been here just over two months, and I'm still learning what her preferences are.

I did too ^_^

Great minds!

Oh yes, and another good cat-food related box that's useful for packaging are the gourmet gold boxes from Zooplus - the ones that have six boxes, i.e. 48 of the little cans inside. I used to buy those in bulk as they were Madam Poppy's favourite.

Dry food is good for their teeth too, our vet has always commented on how good our cats teeth are. We also had one cat who wouldn't eat anything else, my Tommi, a big ginger lad who turned his nose up at anything even Tuna but give him a bowl of Go-Kat and he'd wolf it down.
