brake caliper adaptor

ok clever peeps, need to find adaptor to fit shimano calipers to this.

replacing XT 4 pot by DX(?) 2 pot.

adaptor needed as XT have axial holes whereas DX have radial i.e. holes are 90 degrees out.

discs are 160 mm dia.,
hole distance in mount is 51 mm ish
caliper bolt distance is 74 mm

rear XT caliper is different to front in that the lugs are different.
(you can see the front XT in the first photo and notice the lugs are different to the rear)

so what do I need to get?

okey dokes - a quick look on CR, the adaptors are listed according to disc dia and front/rear with bolt distance - only thing is are those calipers IS? I reckon they are so I am looking for adaptor that will do this: (on the left)
