Brake Calipers Locking Up

I've had my Felt Z6 for just over 6 months and the last 2 times i've been out on it i've found that whenever the rear brake caliper is engaged it tightens over the wheel as expected, however when i release it the caliper does not expand, just continues to rub on the wheel rim making pedaling significantly harder obviously.

What do i need to do to fix this?

Probably a sticking inner cable where it's frayed. Release the cable clamp, squeeze the caliper to the rim by hand and if it returns freely you'll know that's the problem. If it still sticks, the caliper needs a thorough clean.

just took mine off, total clean and re-grease, lovely smooth braking now.
As smokin joe said, release the cable and test, if it sticks remove and clean.
