Isn't there a button on the brake lever for Campag ?
Always used to be. But it's a long time since I've used them, so maybe they have been "economied" out.

The release for the brakes is on the brake lever not the brake caliper as mentioned above.

If you pull the brake lever ever so slightly, there is a metal pin that you can push from the inside of the bars to the outside that lets the brake lever "relax" further into the hoods, and then you can drop the wheel out.

Cane Creek use a similar system on their brake levers and it works really well.

They look like Campagnolo Skeleton brakes, the button will be on the lever.
