Got a loaf of bread cogitating in the breadmaker. I've chucked in some chopped sundried tomatoes, red & green peppers & chives. I wonder if it'll work. It should, at least, smell delicious when baking!

Seems to be working. I chucked in a couple of extras for effect; pumpkin seeds & sunflower seeds.

It's actally producing a rather tasty aroma. And it's rising nicely too. I'm pleasantly surprised!

Here it is straight out of the breadmaker. it's risen ok. too hot to taste yet though.

Bread is like cakes .. you experiment and see what works... tonight I decided to vary my Brownie recipe by adding a chopped up Mars bar... not sure that one will work... we will see tomorrow. Pastry I have to follow the recipe to the letter or it goes wrong.
