lately been having crunchy oat type cereal (granola ) with low fat natural yogurt and chopped up fruit.
I think porridge tastes like glue...

I ride to work (about 6 miles), shower and have breakfast there.
I prefer to ride the 25 minute-journey on an empty stomach and fill up later. I go for Cheerios and All-Bran with yoghurt and strong coffee: keeps me going until lunch.
I know that not everyone has the opportunity to wash, change AND eat at work, but it's a lot more relaxed.
